Brisket with BBQ Sauce recipe.

Ingredients
4 pounds lean beef brisket
2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Pour liquid smoke over brisket. Rub with onion salt and garlic salt. Roll brisket in foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Place brisket in a large roasting pan. Cover and bake for 5 to 6 hours. Remove from oven, cool, and then slice. Put slices back into pan.
In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, ketchup, butter, water, celery salt, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir, and cook until boiling.
Pour sauce over meat slices in pan. Cover and bake for 1 more hour.

Apple Streusel Cobbler recipe.

Ingredients
2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
2 large eggs
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND� Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST� All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup oats

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread apple filling in buttered 9-inch square baking pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter and spices; pour over apple filling. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and flour; cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add nuts and oats. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream (optional). Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

Apricot Glazed Ham recipe.

Ingredients
1 (8 pound) fully-cooked, bone-in ham
1/4 cup whole cloves (optional)
1/2 cup apricot preserves
3 tablespoons honey mustard

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Score the fatty side of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern, spacing the lines about 1 inch apart. Insert whole cloves at the intersections, if desired. Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes. About 10 minutes before the ham is finished, measure the apricot preserves into a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat until liquid, then remove from the heat and stir in the honey mustard.
Brush the glaze onto the ham, and return to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the glaze is nicely browned. Let the ham stand for about 10 minutes before carving and serving.

Baked Haddock recipe.

Ingredients
5 pounds haddock fillets
1 teaspoon dill weed
3 medium lemons, sliced
TARTAR SAUCE:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon diced pimientos
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dill weed

Directions
Place fillets in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with dill. Arrange lemon slices over fillets. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. In a small bowl, combine the tartar sauce ingredients. Serve with fish.
